- Marshmallow is used for inflammation of the upper respiratory tract, laryngitis, helps to dissolve mucus, thus facilitating expectoration.
- Ribwort plantain has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, soothes the urge to cough, has a beneficial effect on chronic inflammation of the upper respiratory tract and asthma.
- Common Sage has strong anti-inflammatory effects, supports the healthy functioning of the respiratory tract and mucous membranes.
- Cowslip has expectorant and mucolytic effects in case of bronchial catarrh, whooping cough, flu and colds, has antibiotic effects, purifies the blood and respiratory tract, and speeds up treatment for bronchitis.
- Coltsfoot has a mucilaginous and secretolytic effect in case of inflammation of the upper respiratory tract, pneumonia, and pulmonary cough.
