Method of use:

Dosage: Take 0.5-1 scoop (250 mg) daily with food and dissolve in your mouth.

We recommend a course duration of 3-4 weeks. It is recommended to do this 4 times a year.

For rinsing inside and out: Dissolve 1 scoop of mumio in 200 ml of warm boiled water. Use for rinsing three times (60 ml) a day.

It is also suitable for gargling with a sore throat. Application for 7 days.

If necessary, also use for sore throat, swelling (externally), etc. The rinse solution can also be used for hair loss - apply directly to the hair, or as a cleansing lotion for the skin of the face, body, and hands.

Externally in the form of masks and compresses: Dissolve 1 teaspoon of shilajit in 50 ml of warm boiled water until the mass dissolves and an emulsion is formed.

It can be applied to the face as a mask, leave it on for about 5-15 minutes, then rinse with water.

Also use for back pain, joint pain, muscle pain, vein pain, skin conditions.

The compress can also be used for severe pain. Apply to gauze and place on the painful area for 2 hours, then rinse with water. Compresses are recommended to be applied 3 times a week for one month. It is recommended to apply 4 times a year.
